Delete your account

In the app

On the Personal page, tap the profile button at the top, then Personal Settings, then Delete account. Type your username to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@karo-app.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile and photo, tasks, goals, proofs and proof photos, messages, reactions, direct messages (for both people), friends, group memberships, settings, screen-time unlocks, reports and push tokens. Groups you were the last member of are deleted too.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. Our host's server logs, which can include your IP address, expire automatically within 7 days.
